We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented HR Business Partner who will become a trusted partner for leadership and help drive people initiatives aligned with business goals.
In this role, you will work closely with managers and cross-functional teams to strengthen core HR processes, support employee development, and foster a transparent, high-performance culture. We are looking for someone who is proactive, structured, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while balancing both business and people needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building and optimizing core HR processes: onboarding, performance management, retention strategies, and employee engagement;
- Strategic partner to leadership;
- Strong focus on 1:1 culture, employee development, and transparent communication;
- Managing cross-functional and distributed teams;
- Known for ownership, structure, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while keeping both business needs and people priorities in focus.
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with company goals;
- Translate business needs into effective people solutions and support key decision-making;
- Support organizational changes and maintain employee engagement during transitions.
Talent & Performance Management
- Manage workforce planning, onboarding, succession planning, and talent development;
- Lead performance management processes and identify development opportunities;
- Coach managers on feedback, goal setting, and team management.
Employee Relations & Culture
- Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance issues in line with labor law;
- Foster an inclusive, psychologically safe, and high-performance culture;
- Lead engagement initiatives based on employee feedback.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership;
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies;
- Review and improve HR policies, processes, and manager enablement practices.
