Platipus develops innovative slot games for online casinos, and we are looking for a Trainee Account Manager who is eager to grow and learn alongside an experienced team.

Requirements:

— Minimal experience in sales, customer support, account management, or related fields (internships or practical experience are also welcome);
— English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (both spoken and written)
— Interest in iGaming and a strong desire to grow in account management;
— Good communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships;
— Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn and receive feedback;
— Basic analytical skills;
— Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
— Fluency in Ukrainian.

Responsibilities:

— Support the Account Manager in working with clients and accounts;
— Assist in client communication (emails, calls, meetings);
— Prepare internal reports and update client’s promo statuses;
— Collect, organize, and pass client feedback to direct Account manager;
— Participate in the launch of new games and promotional activities for clients.

Would be a plus:

— Experience in iGaming, gaming, or digital industries;
— Experience working with clients.
