Plarium is looking for a talented System Administrator to join our Internal IT Department. You will be part of our new Warsaw office’s user support team, which provides technical maintenance of office equipment, and administers and upgrades workstations. The team’s specialists are also responsible for information security.

Responsibilities

— Configuring, installing, and troubleshooting both hardware and software on user workstations (Windows and macOS)

— Installing, configuring, and carrying out preventive maintenance on office equipment (e.g. projectors, printers)

— Setting up iOS and Android mobile devices

— Testing new software and office equipment

— Sourcing contractors for equipment procurement and repair

— Keeping audio and video equipment in working order (including projectors, smart TVs, and other media devices)

Requirements

— Experience working with Windows and macOS

— Knowledge of PC architecture

— Experience assembling and configuring computers to carry out different roles

— Experience servicing laptops and other office equipment

— Ukrainian language skills at the upper-intermediate level or higher

— English language skills at the Intermediate level or higher

Desired

— Experience in installing and configuring graphic 2D and 3D editors (Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk 3ds Max, Krita etc.)

— Knowledge of general aspects of software licensing

— Experience speaking with customer support representatives from software manufacturers

— Experience purchasing spare parts and keeping warehouse records

— Basic knowledge of network technologies and domain networks (AD, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, FTP-proxy, TCP/IP and Group Policies)

— Polish language skills at the Intermediate level or higher
