Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design capabilities
• Technical Proficiency:
  — Advanced skills in Figma and Figma Slides (primary tools)
  — Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  — Experience with Jira for project management and task tracking
• Solid understanding of typography principles, color theory, composition, and print preparation processes
• Ability to adapt content for different social networks, digital platforms, and various presentation styles for diverse client approaches
• Understanding of print preparation processes, specifications, and color management
• Strong project management, excellent communication with stakeholders, effective teamwork, quick task-switching, exceptional time management for tight deadlines, and ability to leverage AI tools for enhanced productivity
• Continuous drive for learning, improvement, and creative problem-solving

Responsibilities:

• Multi-Format Design: Create graphic materials for marketing campaigns (banners, advertisements, social media posts, presentations) and develop presentations in various styles tailored to different client approaches and brand requirements
• Brand & Visual Consistency: Develop visual concepts that promote company brand identity while maintaining consistency across all platforms, communication channels, and mediums
• Production Management: Prepare designs for both digital and print production, including proper specifications, color profiles, and quality standards, plus create simple videos and motion graphics for social media
• Project Leadership: Independently manage tasks and projects, coordinate timelines with stakeholders, and collaborate with departments to align content with company strategy
• Brand Development: Participate in developing the company’s visual style guide and monitor design trends to implement innovative ideas

Would be a plus:

• Ability to work with animation in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or other motion/video editing software
• Hand-drawing or digital illustration capabilities
• Rich gaming experience that brings unique perspective to visual design
