Senior Project Manager (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. Сandidate will have a solid background in managing fixed price projects. We are looking for game development experience as a must have, with a strong understanding of ScrumBan/KanBan. Understanding of Critical Chain Project Management is a big advantage. You will be responsible for managing gamedev projects through all stages of their lifecycle, from initiation to closing, while effectively managing risks and changes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience as an Project Manager in software development.
• Minimum 2 years as a PM in Game Development (outsource or product).
• Experience with both Fixed price and Time & Material projects.
• Practical experience with ScrumBan, KanBan frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Project Life Cycle — from initiation to closure.
• Proven ability to manage project risks and changes effectively.
• Strong communication & collaboration skills inside distributed teams.
• Exceptional reporting skills: large milestones reporting and daily/weekly status updates, writing follow up notes, MoMs.
• Advanced user of Jira and Confluence for project management: disciplined and professional.
• Experience working in a matrix-type organisational structure: know how to align people, negotiate any conflicts or misunderstanding.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English. You will communicate English-only with client teams + all of our documentation and tools are in English.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project(s), ensuring everything is delivered on time and within agreed scope. A lot of pro-active communication and coordination.
• Provide guidance and direction through all stages of the project life cycle
• Utilize CCPM/ScrumBan/KanBan to manage projects effectively.
• Conduct efficient and meticulous planning of the project’s scope — be able to organize rolling-wave, segmented planning for each project group in parallel.
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Handle change management processes to ensure project adaptations are executed smoothly.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Use Jira & Confluence proficiently for project execution tracking and data management (be able to set up dashboards)
• Update resource allocations in our system & confirm with Heads of Departments allocation forecasts.
• Maintain high standards of project documentation and reporting (external and to PMO).
• Look for opportunities to grow the project.
• Add input to the Project Management Office in improving processes, standards and templates.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in managing a group of projects simultaneously is a big plus.
• Knowledge or experience in Critical Chain Project Management (Buffer Management) is a big advantage.
