We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing IT projects in the outsourcing industry, with a strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience in game development will be a plus. You will be responsible for guiding projects through all stages of their lifecycle, from initiation to closing, while effectively managing risks and changes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience as an Project Manager in software development / game development.
• Solid experience with both Fixed price and Time & Material projects.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Project Lifecycle — from initiation to closure.
• Proven ability to manage project risks and changes effectively.
• Experience in managing a group of small projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and reporting skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficient in using Jira and Confluence for project management: be disciplined and professional.
• Experience working in a matrix-based organisational structure: understanding how to negotiate any conflicts or mismatches.
• Pro-activity, enthusiasm & desire for continuous improvement.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple project teams simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Provide guidance and direction through all stages of the project lifecycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closing.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage projects effectively.
• Conduct efficient and meticulous planning of the project’s scope.
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Handle change management processes to ensure project adaptations are executed smoothly.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Use Jira & Confluence proficiently for project tracking and management.
• Maintain high standards of project documentation and reporting (external and to PMO).
• Look for opportunities to grow the project.
• Add input to the Project Management Office.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with different game development projects.
• Knowledge of game development processes, services and technologies.
• Any previous experience in the gaming industry.
• Knowledge or experience in Critical Chain Project Management is a big plus.
