Pingle Studio is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager ready to join our team and help us create and support strong relationships with our key clients. You will manage the pre-sale process and lead the process of supporting the clients in stabilizing our relations. You will also look for new opportunities to develop the business with existing accounts.

Our perfect candidate is a leader with excellent organizational skills, the ability to do things in a structured way, build and fine-tune processes, a deep understanding of our products and services, and the ability to develop strong partnerships with our customers and is in love with games.

Main responsibilities

Participation in the sales process and management of the pre-sale process:

  • Conducting and providing professional and detailed presentations demonstrating the capabilities and advantages of the company at the pre-sale stage;
  • Providing comprehensive support to the BizDev team to expand collaboration and strengthen relationships with current customers;
  • Active assistance in negotiations with potential clients to achieve mutually beneficial conditions and ensure the successful completion of agreements, as well as for the extension and renegotiation of contracts;
  • Ensuring coordinated work between BizDev and other departments for effective pre-sale stage, establishing clear requirements and expectations from customers and our team;
  • Regular maintenance, updating and monitoring of pre-sale processes, templates and guidelines to ensure compliance with current tasks and the company’s development strategy;
  • Coordinate close and effective collaboration between BizDev team and technical leaders to create accurate and competitive proposals;
  • Creation of case studies together with the PMO and Marketing Department to demonstrate successfully completed projects.

Customer relationship management:

  • Constant monitoring of existing customers and understanding of their needs and expectations.
  • Active involvement of clients in communication regarding new opportunities;
  • Building and maintaining long-term partnerships;
  • Preparation of up-sale and cross-sale offers and presentations for existing customers;
  • Conducting negotiations regarding the transfer of customers from fixed price to T&M contracts.

Development and implementation of the customer development strategy:

  • Market analysis, identification of potential customers, and development of a strategy for their attraction;
  • Development and implementation of a customer development plan, including marketing campaigns and events;
  • Monitoring and analysis of results, making adjustments to the strategy.

Participation in project management:

  • Giving customers a clear understanding of the game development process;
  • Close interaction according to PM on project progress agreed resources according to agreements, and assistance in the timely completion of tasks;
  • Proactive communication with the client, working with key BizDev documentation.

Requirements:

  • Work experience: 5+ years of work experience in Account Management, Project Management with participation in customer development or gamedev;
  • Sales knowledge: Very good understanding of the A to Z sales process of a gamedev company;
  • Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, build trusting relationships;
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the game development market, tendencies and trends;
  • Participation in project management: Experience working closely with PMs in project management, their management, and successful release;
  • Presentation skills: Ability to present the company’s products and services in a detailed and structured manner;
  • English: fluent.

Will be an advantage:
