We are looking for a talented Project Manager to lead the development of a internal FinTech platform. This is your chanse to be a part of development team where you’ll work directly with the product, no bureaucracy, no micromanagement, just a focused group building awesome product.

Key Responsibilities

💡 Own the entire project lifecycle — from the first idea on a Miro board to the day it goes live (and the inevitable post-release coffee).

• 🎯 Turn vision into clarity: take fuzzy ideas, translate them into structured tasks, and make sure everyone knows why we’re building what we’re building.

• 🗂️ Keep the chaos documented: user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes — everything that keeps the team sane.

• 🤝 Work shoulder-to-shoulder with developers: help estimate tasks, shape sprints, and cut through blockers without slowing momentum.

• 📈 Watch the pulse of the project: track progress, spot risks before they become problems, and make the right trade-offs.

• 📊 Make reporting meaningful: build simple, transparent dashboards in Notion or Jira — no noise, only insights.

Requirements:

• 🧠 Your Skills Matter Most, not the years on your resume. We’re looking for proven talent. That said, this probably isn’t the right fit if you’re just starting your journey in IT. That`s mean at list 1.5 yeas experience •

• 🔄 Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)

• 🧰 Experience with PM tools (Notion or Jira, Reports, Dashboards, backlog formation)

• 💬 Knowledge of English at least at intermediate level.

Will be plus

• Commercial experience in frontend or backend development of a web application

• Experience in FinTech, crypto-processing projects.
