Job Description

We are looking for a talented and passionate Community Manager to join our team and support our beloved users!.

Responsibilities

  • Providing support to players, for inquiries about game, features, promotions, game progression and experience, technical issues, lost accounts, missing wins, purchase issues.
  • Delivering service to players that is good enough and fast enough to meet all the studio targets.
  • Trendwatching of Social media tools, applications, channels and inform the development team on potential opportunities;
  • Staying up to date with all current game features.

Requirements

  • 0.5+ year experience as customer support, community manager, smm or similar
  • Discipline and flexibility
  • Ability to balance workload to maintain all communication sources Discord, Helpshift, Email
  • Passion for games
  • Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
  • Advanced English

Will be a plus

  • Commercial experience running international communities
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Video Editors or similar tools
