As a multi-disciplinary team of developers, artists and game designers, with our shared expertise, we strive to create beloved games that reach millions of people around the globe.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Work with Discord community;
- Help and communicate with users through a digital support platform;
- Keep an active stream of communication between the development team and the community;
- Help users, identify problems, gather feedback.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- Strive for self improvement
- Passion for games
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
- Advanced English
Will be a plus
- 1+ year experience as community manager or smm
- Experience running international communities
- Experience working and setting up community bots (e.g. in Discord) or tools (e.g. Helpshift)
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Video Editors or similar tools
