Java Game Backend Developer

Onlyplay is looking for a Java Game Backend Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain game backend and tools for iGaming projects;
• Collaborate with mathematicians, frontend and QA teams to ensure smooth game release;
• Prepare game code for certification processes.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in JAVA.
• High attention to details
• Experience in iGaming projects.
• Strong knowledge of Java 11+, including and collections
• Understanding of HTTP protocol
• Proficient with Git, Docker, Grafana, Postman, Linux-based environments, and logging tools (e.g., Log4j)
• Ability to read and navigate existing codebases without full documentation (yes, we don’t have it yet)
