Due to our active growth, we are looking for an ambitious and strategically minded Chief Business Development Officer to lead the business development direction, help establish new partnerships, and take the company to the next level.

What will you have to do

• Define and implement the company’s growth strategy.
• Analyze the market and identify new opportunities for product development.
• Research the competitive environment and key iGaming trends.
• Establish long-term partnerships and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Negotiate and conclude strategic agreements with providers and other partners.
• Coordinate the work of the business development team and interact with other departments of the company.
• Optimize costs and increase the company’s profitability.
• Monitor new technologies and implement innovations in the company’s products.
• Represent the company at international conferences and industry events.
• Build a strong business development team and manage it effectively.
• Expand the network of strategic partnerships and enter into agreements with key market players.

Our perfect candidate

• Has at least 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry in a similar position.
• Has excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Deeply understands the iGaming industry and its key trends.
• Able to present the company and products at a high level.
• Has experience in competitive analysis and market opportunity assessment.
• Be fluent in English and Ukrainian (verbal and writing).
