Position title: Vice President of Sales

Position summary: The Vice President of Sales is a high-level executive responsible for leading Electric Blue sales process and driving revenue growth,
Position key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy;
- Direct participation in sales;
- Lead and manage the sales team;
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity;
- Collaborate with other departments;
- Manage the sales budget;
- Set sales targets and report on sales performance;
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders;
- Develop and manage sales incentive programs.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal);
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Minimum of 7 years experience in a sales leadership position;
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques;
- Strong working knowledge of the Electric Blue products, competitive products, and the game industry market;
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
- Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
