Monitoring Specialist

Job Description

Murka is looking for a Monitoring Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for:

— Error analysis in Nagstamon, Tableau, and Firebase;

— Distribution of tickets in Helpshift;

— Providing assistance with the service desk;

— Work with Jira and Wiki (Confluence);

— Conducting Smoke testing.

Requirements

— Attention to detail;

— Ability to handle a lot of tasks simultaneously;

— Ability to be a team player;

— Quick learning.

Responsibilities

— Monitoring the operation of servers by means of the Nagstamon program;

— Anomaly detection in Firebase, Tableau, and different dashboards;

— Work with users’ tickets in HelpShift;

— Service desk monitoring;

— Smoke testing.

Nice to have

— Experience in mobile games testing;

— Experience in Google docs and Google sheets;

— Knowledge of VPN technologies;

— Attention to detail;

— Ability to work with a number of tasks simultaneously;

— Ability to be a team player.
