JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re seeking a VIP Team Leader to take our high-value player experience to the next level. As a VIP Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading our VIP Account Managers team, ensuring top-tier service for our most valued players. Your role will focus on optimizing player engagement, improving team performance, and working with internal teams to enhance the VIP experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support the VIP management team, ensuring high-quality service
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, provide training, and set goals
- Work with the product teams to develop exclusive promotions, new features, bonuses, and loyalty incentives
- Analyze player behavior to optimize offers and communication strategies
- Oversee VIP chat interactions and provide feedback to VIP managers
- Continuously improve VIP management processes and tools for efficiency and scalability
- Report on the results of the team to upper management
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in VIP player management (gaming, social casino, sweepstakes sector)
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing VIP teams (2+ years)
- Deep understanding of player behavior and engagement strategies
- Analytical mindset to optimize player engagement and retention
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with VIP promotions, loyalty programs, Tableau and CRM tools
- Adaptability to fast-changing priorities and business needs
