We’re​ ​looking for​ ​a​ Senior ​Mobile User Acquisition Manager to join our amazing Marketing team at Murka.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of different UA platforms hands-on, ownership over specific activities
• Analyze KPIs for ongoing optimization of paid acquisition to achieve volume, quality, and ROI
• Work in a data-centric role, where analytics form the foundation for strategy, optimization and goal setting
• Conduct creative testing across platforms and Geos
• Develop new insights and process improvements for UA, analysis, and internal work-flows
• Collaborate with product, analyst, research & creative teams regularly on exciting, industry-first projects

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on global performance marketing experience — must
• Extensive experience driving growth through paid UA channels (Video networks & Incentive networks) — must
• Exceptional analytical skills and experience working in a metrics-driven environment — must
• Gaming industry experience — must
• BA/BSc, preferably in a quantitative field
• Profound knowledge of MS Office products (Excel in particular)
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Innovative and independent, someone who thinks outside the box, always interested in the latest trends, building their own opportunities forward
