Job Description
We’re looking for a User Acquisition Team Lead to join our amazing team at Murka.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of experienced managers.
- Set clear goals, provide guidance, and evaluate team members’ performance, facilitating professional growth
- Build a clear marketing vision and strategy for Murka’s titles, designed around the game lifecycle, product roadmap, and live operations.
- Drive and facilitate cross-functional collaboration and build trustworthy connections across Product teams, Data Science, and BI team.
- Collaborate with Marketing Analytics and Business teams to analyze campaign performance and apply learnings to inform future marketing campaigns for constant performance improvement.
- Identify and develop growth levers through marketing via rigorous AB testing, scaling up initiatives that drive meaningful business growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2C marketing experience, preferably in the gaming industry — Must
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills — Must
- Experience managing Video & Incentive networks campaigns — Must
- Proven track record of leading high global marketing budget.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence and passion to collaborate and empower stakeholders across multiple marketing disciplines.
- Growth mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving and innovations.
- Highly analytical, flexible, action and results-oriented.
- Passion for games and being obsessed with delivering the best player experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline.
- Proficiency in English
