Role Overview

As a Slots Game Designer for Murka, you will provide expert consultation in our game production process. Your expertise will help shape the development of slots, contributing to efficient workflows and project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Game Design with a strong understanding of slots (preferably social casino).
• Proven ability to create game concepts and math models.
• Expertise in various social casino slots, styles, and game mechanics.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrates leadership and proactiveness.
• Meets challenges consistently and confidently with energy and drive. Motivated by results, urgency, and personal commitment.

Responsibilities

• Consult and bring your own experience and creativity to help shape a vision that contributes to the creation of exciting new games.
• Advise on the slots delivery strategy for our social casino mobile application.
• Provide insights on market requirements, trends, opportunities, and the competitive environment to assist in the development of MURKA Games’ slots portfolio.
• Advise on the creation and review of original mechanics, new game themes, and concepts.
• Assist in creating or reviewing reel strips and combination sheets.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to provide insights that help ensure slot games are delivered on-time and within scope, and with the Analytics team to recommend modifications to your designs and configurations that could improve KPI’s.
