We’re looking for an experienced and super talented Delivery Manager to lead Game development teams in an energetic startup environment.
As a Delivery Manager, you will build and lead agile concepts and methodologies while guiding amazing cross-functional global teams of energized, brilliant and creative engineers and work on unique challenges of scale and performance while keeping a fast pace of deliveries.
Responsibilities:
— Be responsible for the team deliverables;
— Plan and execute product releases;
— Provide timelines for a feature development;
— Coach teams in self-organization and cross-functionality;
— Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress;
— Facilitate Scrum events;
— Be involved in the day to day release and production activities;
— Be a synchronization point for other Scrum teams in a studio.
Requirements:
— 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
— 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master;
— Deep knowledge of software design, development and delivery cycle;
— Strong proven experience with Scrum;
— Experience in working with multiple projects (and teams);
— Professional experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
— Fluent in English;
— Result-driven and self-organized;
— Strong relationship and communication skills;
— Accountability and proactivity;
— Strong influencing and negotiation skills;
— Change management experience;
— Ability and willingness to travel.
