We are looking for an experienced Unity Technical Lead with a passion for development and deep technical knowledge, who will help us take our product to the next level.

You will lead the memory OS development team (3+ Unity developers), enforce technical standards, maintain the product architecture, and ensure that the team produces scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with product goals.

You will also mentor the team, promote best practices, and take ownership of technical decisions that shape the future of memoryOS.

What you’ll be working on

Delivery & Team Coordination

  • Oversee the development lifecycle from concept to release, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Feature decomposition, effort estimation, and team dependency management.
  • Coordinate with Product, Design, Art, QA, and other teams to align on project goals.

Architecture & Technical Expertise

  • Set technical direction and make architecture and technology decisions that are scalable and maintainable.
  • Design reusable components and optimize system performance and flexibility.
  • Promote best practices, enforce standards, and ensure long-term technical scalability.

People Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor developers, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  • Build a collaborative, high-performing team culture aligned with company values.
  • Serve as a role model for technical excellence, proactive problem-solving, and a positive mindset.

  • Unity 6.2
  • Custom MVC framework similar to StrangeIoC and Zenject
  • Backend on Node.js running on GCP

About you

  • Over 5 years of professional experience as a Unity Developer.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Unity and C#.
  • Solid experience with DI frameworks like StrangeIoC and Zenject.
  • Solid experience in mobile development.
  • Solid experience with multiple Firebase components.
  • Experience with third-party plugins and API integration.
  • Proven stakeholder management and cross-team communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude towards taking ownership of projects, driving them forward, and managing risks.
  • Act as a role model for your team by demonstrating technical excellence, a collaborative mindset, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Minimum upper-intermediate (B2) English.
