We are looking for a talented Marketing Designer who will contribute to the creative development of marketing materials for memoryOS.

We’re a remote team of 25 like-minded and diverse professionals united around solving the problem of the forgetting curve.

As a Marketing Designer, your main role will be to work closely with our creative lead and make visuals for our ads according to briefs.

What you’ll be working on

  • The main responsibility is to make static and video ads according to briefs for our product promotion on various social media platforms: Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok.
  • Be involved in working with marketing materials for SMM.
  • Generating ideas to help increase marketing metrics through design.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in performance marketing ads.

About you

  • 2+ years of experience in designing ads for performance marketing.
  • Experience working as a designer using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar software), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
  • Openness to using new tools for creating ads to complete tasks quickly and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of the basic principles of design, composition, and color theory.
  • Basic experience with AI tools for generating video and images.
  • Understanding of short-form video storytelling, including cuts, transitions, timing, and sound integration.
  • Creative and effective design skills, not just for aesthetics but also for marketing effectiveness.
  • English — intermediate and higher.

Step by step for this position:

  2. Test task (2-3 days): Creative task regarding the requirements of the position.
  3. Interview with Recruiter and Creative Director (up to 1 hour): Detailed сase approach to identify experience and core competencies, discussion of the completed task.
