Requirements:

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in product analysis, preferably in tech or e-learning
• Proficient in data analytics tools and methodologies. Strong understanding of user behavior analysis, A/B testing, and product optimization
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to transform data into actionable insights
• Experience in agile development environments

Responsibilities:

• Analyze user data to influence product strategy and feature development
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize user experience and engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product initiatives with user needs and business goals
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
