We are looking for a Art Director.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience as an Art Director in the game industry.
- Strong background in 2D art production with a solid portfolio.
- Previous experience working in outsourcing or service-based companies.
- Proven experience communicating directly with clients, presenting artistic solutions, and managing feedback.
- Ability to define and maintain visual quality standards across multiple projects.
- Experience leading and mentoring art teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English for daily interaction with international clients and teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and maintain overall visual direction for 2D game projects.
- Review, approve, and ensure consistency of all 2D art assets.
- Lead and mentor 2D art teams across multiple projects.
- Communicate directly with clients, present concepts, and align on visual expectations.
- Translate client requirements into clear artistic guidelines for the team.
- Ensure high-quality delivery within project deadlines and production constraints.
