We are looking for a Sales Development Representative.
REQUIREMENTS:
- English level: C1 or higher (strong written communication is critical);
- Strong business writing skills;
- Ability to understand client needs and ask clarifying questions;
- High responsibility and autonomy.
WILL BE A PLUS:
- Experience as SDR / BDR / Sales Assistant / Client Communication / Account Support;
- Experience in IT / GameDev / B2B services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all written communication with clients and partners (email, LinkedIn, messengers);
- Manage inbound and warm outbound communication;
- Qualify incoming leads on a basic level and route them correctly;
- Follow up with leads and partners;
- Maintain CRM and communication records;
- Ensure professional, clear, and timely communication in English.
