AI Engineer (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a Middle or Senior AI Engineer to help us design, implement, and optimize machine learning and AI-powered solutions across our products and client-facing projects. You will work closely with developers, analysts, and product managers to transform business ideas into smart, scalable systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or intelligent automation;
• Strong Python skills, including working with LangChain, Transformers, OpenAI API, or similar tools;
• Experience in designing and deploying AI agents or autonomous workflows;
• Solid understanding of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and RAG pipelines;
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (N8N, Airflow, Prefect, etc.);
• Proficiency in data wrangling (Pandas, SQL, web scraping, etc.) and unstructured data processing (PDFs, HTML, audio);
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Experience with fine-tuning or prompt engineering of LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Cohere, Mistral);
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and serverless functions;
• Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases, DVC) and agent observability stacks;
• Understanding of role-based agents, memory modules, and tool-calling frameworks;
• Participation in AI open-source projects, competitions (e.g., LangChainHub, Hugging Face), or hackathons;
• Knowledge of real-time monitoring/alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, implement, and deploy full-cycle AI agents using LangChain, N8N, or similar frameworks;
• Build and manage vector stores (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG);
• Handle data ingestion, cleaning, transformation, and embedding pipelines (structured/unstructured data);
• Integrate agents with APIs, internal tools, databases, and external platforms (e.g., CRMs, support systems);
• Develop and deploy voice-enabled AI agents with speech-to-text, voice synthesis, and real-time interaction capabilities (e.g. Vocode/LangChain, Whisper, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Twilio);
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize agent performance (latency, quality, cost, reliability);
• Rapidly generalize and scale agents across new domains and use cases;
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and domain experts;
• Maintain observability across the full lifecycle: versioning, logging, monitoring, and retraining;
• Stay up to date with the latest in AI workflows, LLM tooling, and agent orchestration techniques.
