We are looking for a Middle Project Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, ideally in game development outsourcing or related creative/tech industries;
- Strong understanding of game development pipelines (especially art and animation workflows);
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid setting;
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.);
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies;
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken).
WILL BE A PLUS:
- Experience in full-cycle game development (from concept to release);
- Background in art production or animation pipelines;
- Basic technical understanding of Unity, Unreal Engine;
- Experience in working with international clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and manage multiple game development and art production projects (outsourcing model);
- Communicate daily with internal teams (artists, developers, QA, etc.) and external stakeholders;
- Develop and maintain project documentation (scope, timeline, resource plans, risk registers);
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups (Agile/Scrum or Kanban depending on project);
- Track and report project progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders;
- Manage scope changes and ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables;
- Ensure consistent quality and alignment with client expectations throughout the project lifecycle;
- Participate in presale and estimation processes.
