Duties:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Preferably work in Game Development
  • Experience in managing a team of 7+ people
  • Experience managing, coaching and mentoring other sales reps
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
  • Proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation
  • Exceptional communication skills are necessary
  • Advanced English

Necessary skills:

  • Initialize and implement annual sales goals and monthly sales plans
  • Implementing sales strategies that further the department’s agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the business
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand clients base
  • Examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets
  • Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
  • Counseling and disciplining sales team; planning, monitoring and appraising job results to meet daily, monthly and annual sales goals
