✔️Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective monetization mechanics, including virtual goods, in-app purchases, and ad integrations.
✔️Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization to improve monetization strategies.
✔️Solid understanding of Unity 3D and the ability to implement changes to game balance based on analytics.
✔️Proven track record of designing and executing engaging live-ops events that drive player engagement and monetization.
✔️Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
