Responsibilities

• Build corporate legal structure for the projects
• Legal support for the projects
• Drafting and revising commercial contracts, internal policies and other legal documents
• Working with multiply jurisdictions across various regions worldwide, such as Europe, Asia, and the Middle East
• Assisting with research and analysis of potential legal risks in the company’s jurisdictions of operations
• Assisting with implementation of legal compliance in the various areas of business operations (data protection, marketing, payment, consumer rights etc.)
• Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the projects
• Communicating with business partners, law firms, service providers from a variety of jurisdictions
• Working with sensitive information

Required Skills

• Fluency in English, including advanced legal drafting skills
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience, including 2+ years in the iGaming industry
• Rapid learning ability and strong adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables
• Proactive mindset and willingness to handle a broad range of legal matters, with creativity in solving complex legal issues
• Highly organized and diligent, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
• Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of AML procedure is a big plus

Work conditions

• Remote work from EU
• Flexible 8-hour workday, typically between 9:00 — 18:00 CET

• Business trips to Bratislava every 3-6 months (company provides compensation of expenses)
