An international product company specializing in IGaming products is looking for a Middle Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Prepare project documentation
- Communicate with business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity of requirements
- Collaborate with developers, clarify requirements, and participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions.
- Identify risks, manage requirement changes, and assess their impact on project timelines and deliverables
- Work closely with QA, Product, Design, and other teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies
- Build and apply a strong understanding of the business domain to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience with integrations
- Proficiency in using tools like Jira, Confluence, and diagramming tools (e.g., BPMN, UML).
- Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma
- Strong ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation
- Experience creating process flows, wireframes, and diagrams.
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to think critically and break down complex problems into manageable components
- Understanding of Agile principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business domains.
- Experience in the IGaming domain.
- Excellent written skills in English.
- Excellent written and spoken Ukrainian.
