AQA Team Lead

Ixilix is looking for proactive and responsible AQA Team Lead in fast-growing team with High-load products.

Your future team: PM, BackEnd Team (Python, Golang), FrontEnd Team (JavaScript), AQA team, MQA Team.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years as a AQA Team Lead in a product company
• At least 5 years of practical experience in Automation QA with Python
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of containerisation and experience with Docker
• Technical English
• Ukrainian — C1+

Responsibilities:

• Sprint planning
• Road map development for automation
• New tasks’ creation (with a full description, except for those required in the process of the current task)
• Tasks prioritization
• Conducting interviews
• Onboarding for new colleagues (the technical part does not count)
• Determining the expediency of new tools/tools list by git, docker and linux
• Develop new tests using existing test cases
• Create your own cases for curious situations or functionality
• Maintaining of test framework
• Cooperating with the Manual QA team
• Creating test plans
• Conducting regression before product release
• Cooperating with the DevOps dept to set up and run cloud testing.
