About project:
The project is a gaming solution that consists of multiple components such as frontend, backend, and other services.
You’ll be part of a team focused on maintaining excellent client communication, searching for new ways to collaborate with clients, managing client accounts, and ensuring their satisfaction with our gaming solution.
The main tasks of the position will include:
- Efficiently manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Increase business profitability through strategic client management
- Organizing and building stable business processes in a team.
Your future team:
— Head of Commercial Department, AM team, Promo team, BI Analysts Team.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management and Oversight:
- Lead and supervise the Account Management, Promo, and BI teams.
- Organize CRM and Knowledge Base for the All Teams.
- Close Communication with Integration Team:
- Work closely with Integration managers regarding client requests and configurations (geoblocks, new games, currencies, bugs, etc.).
- Monitor and assist in the implementation of client technical requirements.
- Proactive BI Communication:
- Proactively engage with Business Intelligence (BI) for report creation and analytics.
- Financial Sector Interaction:
- Proactively communicate with the client and finance department regarding invoices, promotional calculations, and accounts receivable.
- Legal Affairs Interaction:
- Proactively communicate with the client and legal department regarding current issues.
- Quality Client Communication:
- Develop scripts and processes for Account Managers to ensure consistent execution of tasks.
- Ensure all Account Management tasks are recorded in CRM.
- Monitor game availability on projects.
- Organize and supervise communications for project requests for setting adjustments (RTP, max win multiplier, min bet, max bet, etc.).
- Analyze client portfolio growth and top game providers to develop client strategy.
- Analyze projects to enhance promotional plans.
- Analyze projects to identify reasons for performance fluctuations.
- Confident presentation skills
- Develop and oversee the strategy for promotional activities (Top Lobby, Tournaments, Pre-Releases).
- Actively participate in the development and improvement of product features (games, promotional tools, etc.).
- Sell promotions to clients.
- Create and execute promotions for clients.
- Monitor the presence of promotions with clients.
- Analyze and report on completed promotional activities.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in similar or related positions (gaming/gambling industry is preferable)
- Proven experience in Account Management, Promo Operations, or Business Intelligence within the gambling industry.
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles and business analytics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to undertake regular business trips.
- Languages: English — Upper Intermediate, Russian or Ukrainian — Fluent
