Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales
- At least 2 years of experience in the gaming industry
- Fluent English (C1+) — both written and spoken
- Strong understanding of the gaming market (video games experience is a big plus)
- Experience working with European markets
- Strong negotiation skills, deal-closing experience, and proficiency with CRM systems
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract new clients and partners across Europe
- Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Analyze the market, competitors, and identify new growth opportunities
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and online meetings (7–10 per year)
- Maintain accurate reporting and regularly update the CRM
