IDENON welcomes talented professionals to join our dynamic company as a Project manager.
We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team. You will be a key player in the delivery of our products and services, working with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Who we are
IDENON is a Ukrainian company that builds global tech businesses. IDENON ecosystem includes 3 projects that work in online gaming industry.

The following skills are important to us:

— At least 5 years in project management;
— Working with Teams of 40+ people;
— Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders;
— Strategic thinking, problem-solving approach, experience with OKRs;
— Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile & Lean principles;
— Transformational leadership & change management;
— Team development (Group dynamics, workshops, PDR/PDP);
— Operations management;
— English: at least Upper intermediate.


Your future responsibilities:

— Work closely with Commercial team, PO, CTO to define & prioritize the Product backlog and the Roadmap;
— Ensure that the delivered solution fits the Company strategy and goals/tasks are reflected in the Backlog;
— Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations and best practices;
— Ensure proper involvement of all tech specialists inside the Tech team, cross-team coordination;
— Focus on enhancing project delivery processes, methodologies, and tools, driving continuous improvement across the Company;
— Facilitate teams meetings & cross-team meetings, regularly provide feedback on results achieved;
— Mentor and coach Tech team on Agile practices & Lean approach, ensure effective Team work;
— Track Tech team metrics & prepare necessary reports for C-level & stakeholders.
