We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team. You will be a key player in the delivery of our products and services, working with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

The following skills are important to us:
— 3+ years of recruiting experience at IT company or recruitment agency;
— Experience of cooperation directly with Hiring Managers and managing full life cycle recruitment processes to include: sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiations;
— Great search experience, understanding where are can be our talents which we need;
— Ability to build effective relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates;
— Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solving while maintaining flexibility;
— Experience with hard technical and top/C-level vacancies;
— Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, executives, candidates and the public;
— Strong oral and written communication skills, English level Upper-Intermediate or higher;
— Interest and knowledge of future recruiting trends and innovative technology.
Your future responsibilities:
— Full Life Cycle Recruitment: manage all aspects of recruiting ranging from sourcing best talent, conducting effective and insightful screening, coordinating the interview process, enduring strong candidate experience;
— Work with Hiring Managers on each phase and make communicational updates;
— Find new external candidates to support the talent pipelines for targeted skills and functional areas;
— Provide candidate assessments that drive effective decisions at the interview;
— Track all interviews, profile information, and interview results in the company’s internal database;
— Take part in the development of a recruitment strategy and participate in job fairs and other recruitment activities/events;
— Present job offers and conduct offer negotiations with candidates.
