Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one meetings to understand employee needs and address any concerns;
  • Monitor team mood and employee engagement, taking proactive steps to maintain a positive working environment;
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees;
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date employee directory and records;
  • Participate in Performance Review processes and assist in creating Personal Development Plans (PDPs);
  • Support in organizing team-building activities and corporate events;
  • Administer our Kiev hub, ensuring a smooth operation of our local office;
  • Implement and regulate certain changes within the company as required;
  • Occasionally assist with recruiting efforts during peak times, although this is expected to be a rare task.


  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role and more than 1 year as an IT Recruiter, preferably in the IT or iGaming industry;
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices;
  • Good communication skills in English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a focus on quality and precision;
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions;
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office or equivalent office productivity tools;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport and trust among employees;
  • Your formal education is not of primary concern to us; we are more interested in your abilities, what you can contribute to our team, and your passion for people management.

The recruitment process takes 1 to 3 weeks and consists of the following stages:

  • Application (a few introductory questions);
  • Test assignment;
  • Meeting with a recruiter;
  • Meeting with HRD.
