IDENON welcomes talented professionals to join our dynamic company as a Lawyer. We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team. You will be a key player in the delivery of our products and services, working with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Who we are IDENON is a Ukrainian company that builds global tech businesses. IDENON ecosystem includes 3 projects that work in online gaming industry.

The following skills are important to us:

• Experience in a similar position at least 2 years;
• Experience working with foreign clients, banks, auditors and consultants;
• Expertise in drafting and negotiation of various commercial and business contracts;
• Background in legal consulting, including advising on tax, labor, economic and other issues;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• English — Upper-intermediate.

Your future responsibilities:

• Drafting, revising and negotiation of commercial and business contracts, transaction documents, NDAs, policies etc;
• Providing support of the activities of foreign companies, including communication with foreign service providers, banks and payment institutions, counterparties on compliance issues;
• Accompanying the processes of international corporate structuring and business tax planning, analysis and structuring of information from open sources;
• Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations, fulfillment of other legal tasks and assignments arising in course of business, both in the international sphere and in Ukraine.
