IDENON welcomes talented professionals to join our dynamic company as a Engineering Manager. We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team. You will be a key player in the delivery of our products and services, working with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

IDENON is a Ukrainian company that builds global tech businesses. IDENON ecosystem includes 3 projects that work in online gaming industry.

The following skills are important to us:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role or as a senior software engineer ready to step into a leadership role;
• Strong knowledge of Python and practical experience working with it;
• Experience with microservice architecture — knowledge of containerization and experience with Docker and Kubernetes, in particular AWS;
• Deep understanding of SDLC models;
• Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects;
• Experience in Agile development methodologies;
• Ability to explain complex technical issues with simple words;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Upper-Intermediate level of English).

Your future responsibilities:

• Manage technical teams, support, including tasks planning and code reviews;
• Build, evaluate, and maintain team processes to increase performance;
• Manage tech project while leading the team to successfully achieve company’s goals;
• Work closely with the other teams to understand requirements and provide technical insights;
• Prepare technical documentation and team roadmaps;
• Participate in architectural decisions and infrastructure deployment;
• Ensure the alignment of technical projects with the company’s business objectives;
• Hire new talents for the team and offer coaching and development opportunities.
