IDENON welcomes talented professionals to join our dynamic company as an Integration Team Lead. We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team. You will be a key player in the delivery of our products and services, working with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

— Experience in a similar position at least 2 years;
— Multitasking but still be able to keep focused on the crucial things;

— Desire to develop and drive the team to success;
— Striving for processes improvement;
— English upper-intermediate;
— Tech-skills:
* strong understanding of the client-server model (http);
* experience in working with APIs;
* experience in working with monitoring tools and ELK;
* experience in working with git.

Your future responsibilities:

— Leading the team of Integration managers and support engineers and for the team results;
— Work with our partners requests, questions, issues, notify them about changes or issues;
— Processes related to integration with new providers and operators including testing;
— Trouble-shooting of problems and issues from our partners, system monitoring;
— Keep documentation updated;
— Prepare necessary reports on integrations statuses.
