The following skills are important to us:
— 3+ year of experience in managing a team/project in IT;
— Good understanding of Agile methodology;
— Knowledge of Jira/Wiki/Gannt;
— Experience in planning (for different periods), compiling Roadmaps;
— Experience in drafting requirements and project documentation;
— Understanding of client-server systems;
— Ability to quickly understand problems, propose solutions and implement them;
— Systems thinking.

Will be a plus:
— Experience in iGaming industry;
— Ability to use developer tools (chrome dev tool, etc.).

Your future responsibilities:
— Team planning;
— Making reports;
— Risk assessment;
— Organization and holding of meetings;
— Drafting requirements and setting tasks;
— Management of project documentation;
— Constant analysis and improvement of the development process;
— Establishing communication between team members.
