About you:

  • Good eye for talent with the ability to quickly screen resumes and identify potential candidates
  • Research/sourcing skills with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill requisitions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively
  • Good spoken and written English (intermediate level or higher)
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage own time and prioritize tasks

Will be a plus:

  • Tech and IT industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, and open source communities
  • Technical sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Recruiters by participating in daily sync-ups to discuss recruitment priorities, share with new ideas/improvements on how to find the best talent
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
  • Sourcing candidates by using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, Stackoverflow, GitHub, Behance, etc.) and search techniques (X-Ray, Boolean search, and more)
  • Reviewing and screening CVs according to vacancy requirements
  • Increase the speed and quality of search
  • Improve candidate experience
  • Dive deep into the subject area of the business
