About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 1.5+ years of experience in user acquisition, paid social advertising and mobile app marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make tactical decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment


  • Full ownership of user acquisition cycle for Gismart Wellness apps
  • Create, optimize & scale advertising campaigns to maximize profit (Facebook Ads, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Pinterest and native sources)
  • Work with mobile and web traffic
  • Analyze the results of advertising campaigns using various tools, including Tableau, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Excel, etc.
  • Gain insights from users and share these insights with creative producers and product marketing managers
  • Test new traffic channels to identify new opportunities for customer acquisition
