We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Lead Generation Manager to join our team in the gaming industry. As the Lead Generation Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and updating our clients’ database. You will be required to present our company services to potential clients and look for new business development opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Together with the Manager, planning lead-generation campaigns targeting different audiences, market segments and regions.
- Generate leads through various channels such as social media (preferably LinkedIn), email marketing.
- Searching for new potential clients.
- Starting first communication with potential clients (outreaching them with customized approaches based on their corporate and personal profile as well as possibly predicted business needs).
- Prepare reports for the company’s management
- Work closely with the company’s founders, core management, account managers
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 0,5 year of experience in the gaming industry is a must
- At least 1 year of lead-generation experience via email, LinkedIn, etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- At least Intermediate English level is a must (both oral and written)
- Fluent Ukrainian level is a must
- Proactiveness, willingness to constantly learn new tools, and improve skills
- A strong client-oriented mentality
- Focus on nurturing relationships, not just closing deals
