Frag Lab studio is a videogames development studio based in Kyiv and focused on next gen AAA games creation. We are looking for a positive and friendly person to become a part of our team.

The overall purpose of this position is to perform and complete the daily tasks of a receptionist including tasks of general and personal administrative nature, in particular:

Goals:

• Prompt resolution of work issues during working and non-working hours
• Receive incoming calls and mails, forward them to the appropriate recipients
• Preparing reports, maintaining and filling out tables, drafting letters / powers of attorney according to a template
• Document management (processing of incoming documentation, sending letters / office equipment — on request)
• Maintain communication with office service providers, service personnel
• Coordinate transfer to / from the office to the metro
• Provide general support to visitors/ guests/ landlord
• Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary services/ repairs
• Diesel order, generator refueling control
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Assist in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
• Organization of office space and ordering water, coffee, fruits, groceries/stationery/equipment
• Assistance with events in the home or outside, such as parties, celebrations, and conferences abroad.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and online analogues — Google Docs and spreadsheets
• Proper phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
• Open minded personality, positive and friendly mindset
• Able to complete several different tasks simultaneously
