Project Manager (Games)

The expertise we’re looking for

• 3+ year experience in project management: gaming, product or development;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Ukrainian and English);
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in a hybrid environment.
• A good understanding of project planning, estimation, dependencies, risks, and scope management.
• The ability to break projects into clear phases and activities and build realistic delivery plans.
• Experience comparing project estimates and actual results and using historical data to improve future planning.
• The ability to assess the impact of changes on scope, budget, resources, and timelines.
• Experience working with project tracking and reporting tools such as Jira or similar systems.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset and an interest in improving and automating repetitive processes.

Would we a plus

• Knowledge of project estimation techniques and common estimation pitfalls.
• Experience with schedule buffering and managing uncertainty in project timelines.
• Experience in iGaming, GameDev, Product Development, or another complex cross-functional environment.

Your responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate projects from initiation to release.
• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, estimates, dependencies, and risks.
• Track project progress and analyze plan-vs-actual deviations.
• Work with teams to improve estimation accuracy and delivery predictability.
• Assess and communicate the impact of scope and project changes.
• Monitor risks, identify potential delivery issues, and coordinate mitigation or escalation.
• Coordinate Product, Design, Development, QA, and other teams involved in delivery.
• Facilitate planning, decision-making, and cross-functional discussions.
• Ensure project stages and deliverables meet agreed quality and readiness criteria.
• Maintain project dashboards and reporting.
• Continuously improve project processes and automate repetitive activities where possible.
