The expertise we’re looking for

Technical Proficiencies

• A minimum of 4+ years of frontend development experience.
• Mastery of JavaScript, encompassing ES6-7 nuances.
• Proven experience in React and Redux architectures.
• Proficiency in test writing using React Testing Library.
• Expertise in the application of Redux Toolkit.
• Strong foundation in HTML/CSS, complemented by hands-on experience with preprocessors such as SASS.
• Robust knowledge and hands-on experience with version control tools, preferably Git.
• Experience with development process optimization and different tools (Webpack, NPM/Yarn);
• Practical experience with Figma for design translation.
• Profound understanding of system design concepts.

Soft Skills

• Lead and oversee code reviews, providing insightful and constructive feedback.
• Effective time management.

• Strong communication capabilities.
• English language, at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.

Valued Expertise (Beneficial but not Mandatory):

• Familiarity with back-end technologies like NodeJS, WebSocket.
• Practical exposure to redux-saga and TypeScript.
• Prior experience with Vue.js.
• Collaborative experiences with UX/UI designers, emphasizing precise design implementation in code.
