Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers, you will help drive an efficient, impactful, and engaging hiring experience across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Source top-tier candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across global locations.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and create targeted sourcing strategies.
- Engage proactively with passive and active candidates, building relationships and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- Leverage tools and automation to streamline sourcing efforts and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze sourcing metrics to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Manage sourcing for 4-6 open roles simultaneously, spanning various functions and levels.
- Stay informed about industry trends and sourcing best practices to continuously elevate your approach.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar recruitment role, with a strong record of identifying and attracting top talent.
- Deep expertise in sourcing for a wide range of roles—from junior to executive level—across multiple global markets.
- Experience with sourcing automation and optimization tools or methods.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for talent sourcing and a drive to explore innovative recruitment strategies.
- English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
