We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HR Brand Manager to spearhead our comprehensive HR branding strategy and enhance brand awareness among our audience and current teammates. In this role, you will immerse yourself in Enjoy Gaming’s culture and lead the ongoing creation and maintenance of a dynamic and bold brand identity.

About Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement HR Branding Strategies: Create and execute HR branding strategies, including activities, tactics, goals, and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to enhance internal engagement and attract external talent.
• Communication Campaigns: Design and execute communication campaigns for internal and external channels.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality content such as social media posts, articles, case studies, interviews, internal announcements, newsletters, and presentations in both Ukrainian and English.
• Event Planning: Organize and plan corporate celebrations and internal events with the team.
• Budget Management: Plan and budget for HR branding costs.
• Idea Generation: Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas for organic and paid audience growth and enhance loyalty to the HR brand.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with trends in HR marketing and employer branding.

About You:

• 3+ years of experience in HR/Employer branding or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading and developing HR Brand strategies.
• Strong writing skills in various styles.
• Experience with social media management (SMM) and event planning.
• Ability to generate and implement effective ideas.
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English and Ukrainian.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
