Enjoy Gaming is a team of seasoned industry professionals with strong support from market experts and stable foreign investment to launch a new product in the live dealer business (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, etc.), as well as expand the slots line of the well-known supplier.

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist in the Regulatory Team will be responsible for market analyses and regulatory license applications for new regulated markets as well as maintaining our existing licenses along with providing support to various stakeholders in relation to internal and external compliance queries.

About you:
— At least 3 years in a compliance related role in the gaming industry with knowledge of gambling products
— Experience with gaming regulations
— Regulatory Compliance experience with various European jurisdictions
— Strong interpersonal skills, efficient networker, and collaborative team player
— Experience in communicating with people at all levels as an expert as well as excellence in stakeholder management with a high level of integrity
— Experience in project management; develop project plans, track progress, prepare reports and manage expectations
— Commercial mindset and business acumen
— Adaptable and agile, can work in a fast-paced environment and respond and re-prioritize quickly when internal or external changes demand
— Possess analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
— Fluency in English, verbal and written

What goals will you have?
— Coordinate, process, and monitor license obligations for established and new regulated e-gaming markets
— Communicate effectively and develop strong relationships with regulatory authorities for approvals and to ensure the company meets regulatory requirements for its jurisdictions
— Work closely and collaboratively with other key stakeholders internally and externally in the regulatory landscape
— Assist in the analysis of e-gaming regulatory compliance standards in existing and newly regulated markets
— Stay up to date with regulatory development and best practice in compliance control within and outside of the company
— Identify, document, and increase efficiencies of business processes to align with compliance requirements and comply with regulations in relevant jurisdictions
— Develop project plans, reports and schedules to relevant stakeholders and teams to manage expectations and to ensure work is delivered within scope, on time and within budget
— Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required
