— 1+ year of experience working as a slot mathematician
— Basic knowledge of game design principles (game flow, cycles, monetization, game UX)
— Experience in assembling technical game documentation
— English Upper-Intermediate (both written and spoken)

Main responsibilities:

— Creating math models for slot games
— Clarifying various game requirements with customers
— Clarifying GDD with customer and further delivering it to the team, leading project onboarding
— Writing tasks for developers, artists, and sound designer
— Math model estimation and general project estimation assistance
— Defining debug sets for finding differences between math model and its’ implementation by back-end
— Game statistics analytics
— Technical game design (math model balance, including general game design balance, where needed)
— Reference games deconstructing and implementing their best practices in our projects
— Collaboration with other mathematicians and developers
— Provide support to the development team
— Suggesting optimal solutions
